Landscaping:
Designers/Project Managers:
This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience working for a Design/Build landscape company. A strong knowledge of design principals, Autocad, construction and irrigation required. Degree in Landscape Architecture preferred. Good MVR required. Bilingual a plus.
Masons, Irrigation Techs, and General Labor:
These positions require a minimum of 3 years experience in the landscaping or construction industry. Good communication skills and Work Ethic required. These positions are very physical and require the ability to lift heavy objects and work outside in adverse conditions.
Farm:
NABDAP Apprenticeship
We will hire 2 or more apprentices through the North American Biodynamic Apprenticeship Program (NABDAP) for 2012. If you would like to apply for an apprentice position, first see www.biodynamics.com/nabdap . We are a NABDAP mentor farm. Please thoroughly review all of the information about the program, expectations, etc… before contacting us directly. Next, please inquire via email and we will send you an application. If you are accepted as an apprentice at our farm, you will then need to follow through by enrolling with NABDAP.
Crew Leader
This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience working on an organic vegetable farm. This is a salaried 10 month/yr position with work weeks ranging from 30-70hrs/week. Some days going until 9pm. Crew Leaders take part in all aspects of the farm from seed to sell. 1 week paid vacation.
General Labor
Weed, plant, harvest all outside. If you like to farm and work outside then check us out. Full and Part time positions available.
